THEA 410 Directing

We introduce students to the art of directing. Our students explore the directing processes of script analysis, casting, working with actors, manipulation of space, use of sound and images, developing designs and mounting productions for theater. During the semester students in the class stage two performance sequences: one in a classroom format the other produced on the Keck stage. This course may be repeated for credit. Students must be at least of sophomore standing.
