PHAC 275 Tigers Live Strength

For individuals who are interested in recreational or competitive weightlifting and powerlifting.  Participants will learn techniques of Olympic style weightlifting and power lifting.  Through strength and conditioning workouts, they will enhance their strength and power. Participants are expected to have prior experience with Olympic style lifting, and/or power lifting.
