CORE 120 Representing Science: The Art of Science Communication
This course is designed to develop students' ability to engage a wide, diverse audience in a better understanding of the goals, processes, and outcomes of scientific research. Coursework will involve attendance at science-oriented seminar talks at the College, reading and discussion of scientific papers, and oral and written presentations by the students of research proposals and research findings. Open only to juniors and seniors majoring in STEM departments or permission of instructor. Graded on a Credit/No Credit basis only.
