Comprehensive-level work in an area of literary analysis, cultural studies, or linguistics under the direct supervision of a member of the faculty. Permission of instructor required.
When taken as a 4-unit course, you should expect to spend at least twelve (12) hours a week on this course. When taken as a 2-unit course, you should expect to spend at least six (6) hours a week on this course.
