*Requires a deferred payment fee of $50 per semester.
Initial billing statements will be produced and distributed electronically on July 15th for the fall semester, and December 15th for spring. Thereafter, monthly statements will be produced for any account with a balance greater than $0 on the 15th each month.
Prior to dates of initial statements, all students residing on campus will be requested to choose their room preference and meal plan options. All students registered part-time (less than 12 credits) must apply to be considered a part-time student. All students not approved for part-time will be billed the full-time, flat rate of tuition.
Payments must be received by the due dates indicated to avoid a late payment assessment. Alternatively, an account may be enrolled into the monthly payment plan and the first payment made by the due dates to avoid a late payment assessment.
Accepted forms of payment are electronic check (ACH), personal check, cashier’s/official check, money order and cash. Personal/cashier’s check, money order or cash payments are made through the College Cashier. ACH payments are processed online through Touchnet. International students may make payment via wire transfer through either Pay My Tuition or Transfermate. Direct wire information may be provided on a case-by-case basis.
Actual charges will be calculated from academic registration information. Each semester, all accounts are reviewed by the Business Office and must be current in order to avoid cancellation of registration for the following semester. All accounts must also be current in order to move into on-campus housing.
The College will not issue a diploma to any student or former student who has a financial obligation to the College (other than a loan not yet due). All graduating seniors must satisfy all financial obligations to the College with the Business Office by May 15th. Failure to do so will cause the diploma to be withheld.
